Inmobiliaria GARRIDO is a company with extensive experience in the management and construction of holiday residences and residential developments on the eastern Costa del Sol, specialising in buildings with a rural character and a philosophy that blends perfectly with their surroundings.

Founded in 1976, Inmobiliaria Garrido has correspondents throughout Europe and a highly qualified team with thorough knowledge of the areas where our developments are located, enabling us to provide accurate information on both construction and financing.

Furthermore, the company's president, Mr Miguel Garrido, is the president of GIPE in Spain, which is itself a member of the CONFEDERATION EUROPEENNE DE L’IMMOBILIER. This gives the company a distinctly European character and international prestige.

Inmobiliaria Garrido has launched one of its most ambitious projects: the construction and management of “NIZA BEACH”, the largest luxury residential complex in the eastern Costa del Sol.
